This series is based on my experiences living in San Francisco. While navigating the city, I was repeatedly accosted by lone men, often asking personal questions or demanding that I smile. This often occurred when waiting for and using public transportation. When this became the norm, I began writing them down, and eventually represent these moments. This series is my response to these uncomfortable, inappropriate, and patriarchal interactions.
